HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-7\u00a0business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE\u00a0RETURNS\u00a0and as a result\u00a0elevated levels of daily returns. We appreciate your patience\u00a0while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved.\u00a0Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.<\/p>

Enter your email address in the box above to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there,\u00a0please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return label will be emailed directly\u00a0to you! Print the label out and send your package back!\u00a0
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED\u00a0ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME\u00a0package.<\/p>

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.\u00a0<\/p>

ADDITIONAL\u00a0RETURN\u00a0DETAILS<\/strong><\/p>

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don\u2019t issue refunds back to your method of payment.<\/li>
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.<\/li>
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.<\/li>
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.<\/li>
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.<\/li>
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy\u00a0time frame or ones that are Final Sale + Jewelry.<\/li>
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.<\/li>
  • All Jewelry are\u00a0FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.<\/li>
  • We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly.\u00a0When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.<\/li>
  • Please allow 3-7 business days\u00a0for return processing.<\/li>
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.<\/li>
  • Store Credit does not expire.<\/li>
  • Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.<\/li>
